Armory Arts Village opened in January 2008.  These residential units are kept affordable
by funding that requires that residents meet income qualifications.   Artists have free access to studios and a
non-comission gallery in exchange for seven hours per month of community
service.

Lofts/apartments
are filled on a first-come, first-served basis. To receive information, send a
