You (the “User” or “Registered User”) are solely responsible for the photos, profiles, listings, and other content that you upload, publish or display (hereinafter, "post") on or through http://www.armoryartsvillage.com (here in after, “the Site”), or transmit to or share with other Users (collectively the "User Content"). You may not post, transmit, or share User Content on the Site that you did not create or that you do not have permission to post. You understand and agree that the Armory Arts Village (hereinafter, “AAV”) may, but is not obligated to, review the Site and may delete or remove (without notice) any Site Content or User Content in its sole discretion, for any reason or no reason, including User Content that in the sole judgment of the AAV violates this Agreement, or which might be offensive, illegal, or that might violate the rights, harm, or threaten the safety of users or others. You are solely responsible at your sole cost and expense for creating backup copies and replacing any User Content you post or store on the Site or provide to the AAV.

The AAV, which is managed by the Enterprise Group (hereinafter, “the EG”), provides e-commerce services (hereinafter, “the Services”) on the Site to the Registered Users who wish to sell their User Content. The EG will administer a flat rate fee of 10% (hereinafter, “the Fee”) on any sale made by utilizing the Services provided on the Site, and will be administered on a per-sale basis. The Fee will be deducted automatically during the transaction process of the Services. It is up to the User to determine the price of their art which is depicted by the User Content. The User is responsible for all communication with all potential buyers and actual buyer of their art, as well as responsible for any shipping methods and the costs associated with them. Payment for transactions made by using the Services provided on the Site can be collected by cash, credit card (Visa or Mastercard), or an authorized PayPal account. Users will not hold the AAV or EG responsible for the inability of sellers to sell items, the inability of buyers to pay for items, or the inability for a buyer and seller to actually complete a transaction.
