The Old Prison Gift Shop

The cartoon is one of the Old Prison’s more colorful characters: Hannibal The Bear.

All products sold here are made by resident artists and some outside contributors. The collection of items is a unique potpourri of paintings, sketches, decoupage, photographs, woodcarvings, jewelry, art made from recycled materials, knitted goods, T-shirts, CDs, published books, and more.

Outside artists are welcome to display their arts and crafts. For those artists who volunteer five hours per month to man the shop, 10% of the sales of their arts and crafts go to All Purpose Arts (APA), the artist/resident association. For those artists who cannot volunteer this time, 20% of the sales of their arts and crafts are contributed to APA.

The Gift Shop is open Friday, Saturd ay, and Sunday from 12:00-5:00pm.
